EXPERIENCED REQUIRED) Our law firm is seeking a PLEASANT Immigration Paralegal with 2
years of experience in immigration law.
Job responsibilities include:
preparation of immigration applications for Adjustment of Status and consular processing including forms I-485, I-130, I-360, I-864, I-765, I-131, and DS-260, preparation of VAWAs, I-601A waivers, I-751 Petitions, K visa, U visa and T visa applications, Affidavits preparation for submission to USCIS and Immigration Court preparation of Asylum applications, CORs and waivers with the Immigration Court.

answering calls, speaking with clients and entering data into the data base.
Ideal candidate must be DETAIL ORIENTED, PUNCTUAL AND HAVE A GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER! Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience of at least 2
year REQUIRED as Immigration Paralegal.
