Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests, answer incoming calls and take messages Schedule appointments and collect payments Maintain office cleanliness and security by following procedures, policies and procedures Process medical information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Answer questions and provide assistance to patients with medical conditions that may affect their balance or mobility Assist with patient satisfaction by providing high-quality service Provide friendly, helpful and knowledgeable support to patients and their families Perform other duties as assigned Education &
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Previous experience in a customer service, medical office or similar environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
We are open from 3pm - 9pm on Monday through Thursday and Friday from 10am - 8pm.
On Friday our hours are 12pm - 6pm.
