The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled, tracking inventory levels, and communicating with customers regarding order status.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders in a timely manner.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Communicate with customers and vendors regarding order status.
Ensure that orders are shipped on time and in good condition.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols when handling packages.
